By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 39 days delay in filing the Appeal from Order challenging the judgment and order dated 02.05.2018 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion No.1241/2017 (which is wrongly on record as No.1239/2017) in S.C.Suit NO.2974/2014.

Hence, the following order is passed:

Delay in filing the Appeal from Order is condoned.
