Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal.

Learned Counsel for the appellant has tendered copy of the E-mail sent by the appellant to him on 17th July, 2020 which indicates that the appellant has obtained all necessary permissions regarding withdrawal of First Appeal No.1242 of 2004 (Pune Mananagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd. Vs. Pritpal Singh Bedi and others). By the said e-mail, the appellant, inter alia, requested the learned Counsel to withdraw the appeal from this Court. 3.

Learned Counsel submits that entire amount of compensation with accrued interest has been deposited in M.A.C.T, Pune.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Respondents-claimants are at liberty to withdraw the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest. 6.

Mr. Mendon, learned Counsel for the respondents-claimants is present.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.

Statutory deposit be transferred to M.A.C.T, Pune. 9.

The learned Member M.A.C.T, Pune thereafter shall proceed further, in accordance with law, in respect of the said statutory deposit.
