This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicants apprehending their arrest in C.R.No. 615 of 2019, registered with Chaturshringi Police station for offences punishable under Section of 406, 420, 468 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 16.07.2019, this Court (Coram: Sarang Kotwal, pps

6 aba 1550-19.doc J.) had released the Applicants on interim bail with direction to attend the concerned police station. It is stated that the Applicants had reported to the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation.

Learned APP, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present before the Court, states that the investigation is completed and chargesheet would be filed within a period of 10 days. Learned Counsel for the Applicants also states that the parties have settled the matter and have filed an application for quashing being Criminal Application No. 351 of 2020, which is pending before this Court.

Considering the fact that the investigation is completed and the presence of the Applicants is not required for further custodial interrogation, interim protection granted by order dated 16.07.2019, is extended for a period of three months with liberty to the Applicants to apply for regular bail before the trial Court. 5.

Application stands disposed of.
