1] Learned counsel for the petitioner states that dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. He in fact produced consent terms which the parties have filed before the Family Court at Bandra and the judgment and decree dated 20 May 2016 which has been made by the Family Court on the basis of consent terms. Copies of the consent terms and the judgment and order dated 20 May 2016 is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 2] The aforesaid position is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3] Accordingly, leave is granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
