Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition, by directing the Additional Chief Land Survey Officer, CIDCO (Garjepoti), to decide the Petitioners' representation dated 11th August, 2015, copy of which is annexed as Exh. "F" page No.39 to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Megha 1/2
26_wp_8196_2015.doc matter and the Additional Chief Land Survey Officer, shall decide the Petitioner's representation independently and in accordance with law. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. 3.
During pendency and till decision on the said representation, both parties to maintain status quo as of today regarding the structure which is subject matter of this petition. 4.
In the event, any order adverse to the Petitioners' interest, same shall not be executed for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the same to the Petitioners. 5.
