By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 08.01.2016 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, by which the Respondent No.1's revision application against the order, discharging the petitioners, was allowed and the order passed below Exh. 11 dated 16.10.2014 by the learned JMFC, (A.C.) Court, Pune in M.A. No. 420 of 2013 was quashed and set aside.

It is pertinent to note, that the trial in the said case has already commenced and that one witnesses has been Borey 1/2

The Petition is accordingly dismissed.
