At the outset, as soon as the petition was called out, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the Petition. He submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid Petition, charge-sheet has been filed, and that, the petitioners intend to pursue their remedy before the trial Court Satish Sangar 1/2

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If an Application for discharge is filed by the petitioners, the learned Judge to consider the said Application on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Petition. 4.
