By this application, it is prayed that applicant be allowed to furnish one or two sureties to make the amount of surety, and it is further prayed that as charge-sheet is already filed in the Court, direction be issued to applicant to mark her presence to Kasturba Marg Police Station on 1st and 15th day of each month may be relaxed. (P2)APPP-640-16 Perused the order of this Court, vide which applicant is directed to be released on bail on her executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,00/- with one surety in the like amount and is further directed to mark her presence, as aforesaid.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that in spite of efforts, applicant's family could not secure one surety to the extent of Rs.20,000/-.

Considering the fact that applicant, though found entitled to be released on bail, is languishing in jail, as she is unable to procure surety, as aforesaid, application needs to be allowed. Similarly, considering the fact that charge-sheet is already filed, condition imposed upon applicant is also liable to be relaxed. Hence, following order :

(i) Applicant shall be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties to make the like amount.

(ii) Condition imposed to mark her presence with Kasturba Marg Police Station on1st and 15th of each month stands rejected. Application is allowed.
