By this petition, the petitioner has sought the following substantive relief:- "12. .... ....

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ, direction or Order under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, and in exercise of its inherent powers be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ and/or transfer the investigation of bearing Crime No. 1123 of 2022 registered at Andheri Police Station for the offence punishable u/s. 380 of IPC to Crime branch and/or CBI for fair and unbiased investigation as this Hon'ble Court deems N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Learned APP on instructions of API - Bhagwat Bade attached to Andheri Police Station, Mumbai states that the police after investigating the complaint of the petitioner, have filed a report that the dispute is of a Civil nature. He states that a report to that effect has been submitted by the concerned police on 31st July 2023. He further states that the petitioner will be informed of the same within one week from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that it is always open for the petitioner to adopt appropriate proceeding, as maintainable in law. GAURI GODSE, J.
