Ms. Pooja Singh learned counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that the Respondent-Wife has expired on 14th October 2022 and hence, nothing survives in the petition. She states that even the divorce petition in which the impugned order was passed has been disposed by the trial Court in view of death of the Respondent-Wife.
