CORAM : R.D. DHANUKA, J.
DATE : 26TH FEBRUARY, 2016.
P.C. :- 1.
By this civil application the applicants seek clarification and speaking to the minutes of the order dated 25th July, 2014. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that this Court while dismissing the review petition filed by the applicants, has not considered the aspect of limitation.
2.
I have perused the order dated 25th July, 2014 dismissing Review Petition No.18 of 2014. The order passed by this Court is absolutely clear and does not require any clarification. 1/2
35-cao191-14 3.
Insofar as the submission of the applicants that the issue of limitation is not considered by this Court and thus the order passed by this Court on 25th July, 2014 shall be clarified is concerned, the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants is thoroughly misconceived and cannot be accepted.
4.
The civil application is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
