At the outset, learned APP on instructions from PSI Amruskar, Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, in the present case after completion of investigation, Police have submitted charge-sheet. The said case has now been committed to the Court of Sessions (39th Court), Mumbai and is numbered as Sessions Case No. 180 of 2018. That, the trial Court has scheduled the said case now for recording of evidence of PW-1 on 15th April 2023.

In view thereof, the present Petition for quashing of C.R. No.I-263 of 2017 dated 13th June 2017 registered with Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) (A. S. GADKARI, J.) 1/1
