The present praecipe is moved by the applicant for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 21/9/2016. In paragraph no.4 on page no.5 at line no.4 the following submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is recorded.
"He further submitted that as a matter of fact Shri Tejas Shah, the co-accused and one of the Directors of the said two companies participated in the entire process." The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that his submission that "it is the prosecution case" in the said sentence has not been erroneously incorporated. In view of the above, the words "it is the prosecution case that" are added in the said sentence after the word
2 /2 909-ba-1627-16.doc "fact" and before the words "Shri Tejas Shah". The said sentence after correction would read as under: "He further submitted that as a matter of fact, it is the prosecution case that Shri Tejas Shah, the co-accused and one of the Directors of the said two companies participated in the entire process."
The Registry is hereby directed to carry out necessary correction in the order dated 21st September, 2016 in paragraph no.5 as aforestated and issue fresh certified copy/authenticated copy, if applied for.
The praecipe is accordingly disposed off.
