Learned advocate for the intervener submitted that the application preferred by the applicant before the Sessions Court is posted for hearing before Sessions Court tomorrow. The applicant had approached this court as interim order was refused by the Sessions court.

However, since the application is due for hearing tomorrow, the question of entertaining present application does not arise. The Sessions Court may decide the application on merits in accordance with law.
