Mr. Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision application challenging the order impugned in the petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter, and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open. In the event, the petitioner files such revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, she is entitled to take benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, for the purpose of condonation of delay in filing the same.
