By this Application, the Applicant seeks modification / relaxation of the mentioned in para 6 of Clause (ii) of the order dated 25.06.2019. The condition of which modification / relaxation is sought reads thus :- "(ii) The Applicant shall within the said period of four weeks, furnish P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount."

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is a resident of Nagpur and is unable to furnish local sureties,

APPP 1031-19.doc as directed by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2019. She requests that the word "local" be deleted from Clause (ii) of para 6 of the order dated 25.06.2019. Accordingly, the said condition i. e. Clause (ii) of para 6 of the order dated 25.06.2019 is modified / relaxed. The Applicant shall now furnish P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Further four weeks time is granted from today to furnish the said sureties.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
