Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned APP. The applicant/accused has already challenging the order, passed by this Court, by filing Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. That petition is likely to be listed in near future. In this view of the matter applicant/accused is praying for further extension of interim relief granted by this Court.

The learned APP is not disputing the fact that Special Leave Petition is filed by the present applicant challenging the order of this Court.

In this view of the matter, the interim order which is operation from 06.04.2016, in view of the present application, is further extended for a period of three weeks, but as a last chance. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
