On 17 November 2016 an order was passed, in which it was noted that the interim relief granted in this Petition was vacated on 21 December 2000. Thereafter, none has appeared whenever matter is called out and the matter was listed today for dismissal. Today also none appeared for the parties. It is clear that the Petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting this Petition. Hence, the Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
