By this civil application the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 147 days in filing this civil application and setting aside the order dated 7th June, 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that all the office objections would be removed within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application and in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a-1) and (b). No order as to costs.
