1. The Interim Applications are filed for recalling of the order V A Tikam 1/2

23- IA 2636 of 2021.doc dated 7th September, 2021. The said order dated 7th September, 2021 reads as follows:

"P.C.:

The Petitions are disposed of by permitting the Petitioners to make a representation to Respondent No.7Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA).

2.

If such representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by MCZMA within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

3.

The Petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions are kept open."

It is not in dispute that presently the tenure of MCZMA has come to an end and as such is not in existence. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Interim Applications, the order dated 7th September, 2021 is recalled. Interim Applications are allowed and to stand disposed of.

List the Writ Petitions for admission on 24th November, 2021.
