Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.

It is true that the complaint was filed on behalf of the Cooperative Housing Society through its representative. It is informed that lateron the very representative moved the pursis for withdrawal of the complaint while he was in fact not authorised by the society.

It is further informed that there are number of complaints filed by the society against the Respondent herein. It was the case for offence punishable under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of offence allegedly committed by the Respondent, the Court is not inclined to even issue notice in this Kiran Kawre
