In view of the subsequent events and demolition of the building, this Appeal has become infructuous. It is dismissed as withdrawn at the request of Mr Mishra. He states that he has moved a Chamber Summons for amendment before the Trial Court. That will be considered on its own merits. The Notice of Motion and Suit are expedited.
