The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application, with a request to expedite the trial as the trial has commenced and some of the prosecution witnesses are examined.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty to the Applicant to renew the request for bail, after six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
