P.C.:- This is an application for temporary bail. The Applicant has sought temporary bail on the ground that he wants to appear for IIsemester examination of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resource), which is scheduled to commence on 28th July, 2018.

It is not in dispute that earlier on several occasions the Applicant was released on temporary bail for appearing for various examinations. It is not the prosecution's case that on single occasion he has misused the liberty.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. The Applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for the period from 28th July, 2018 to 20th August, 2018 on furnishing cash surety of Rs.10,000/-. The Applicant shall surrender to his bail on 21st August, 2018 before 5.00 p.m. 4.

Since the examination starts from day after tomorrow, the learned APP shall telephonically communicate the order to the concerned authority.
