The petitioners contend that proposal has been forwarded to the Education Inspector on 8th August, 2013 annexed at page-20 of the petition. The said proposal has not been decided so far. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, we observe that in case the proposal is still pending with the Education Inspector, then the Education Inspector would look into the proposal and take appropriate decision strictly in accordance with the record and the provisions of law as expeditiously as possible.
