This writ petition challenges the order dated 20th April, 2015 passed by the Sessions Court, Solapur, rejecting his application for condonation of delay in filing revision application. The dismissal of the application was for the reason that the petitioner has not even ventured to explain the delay much less give a satisfactory explanation. Perusal of the application for condonation of delay confirms the observation of the Sessions Court. The application states no explanation, whatsoever, for the delay. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
