Appeal from Order No. 1147 of 2010 is disposed of by the order dated 30th March, 2017 passed by this Court thereby directing that the suit is to be decided on merits by the trial Court within a period of four months from the date of the order, i.e., 30th March, 207. This Civil Application is moved by the applicant/original plaintiff seeking extension of 6 months to dispose of the suit. 2.

The trial Court is directed to hear the suit and conclude it till 31st January, 2018.
