The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 29/12/2020 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Solapur city, externing him outside the area of Solapur district, Usmanabad district and Indapur Taluka of Pune district, for a period of two years. The record of this petition does not show that stay was granted to the operation of the said order. The order is dated 29/12/2020. The period of externment of two years is already over. Therefore, nothing further survives in this petition. It has become infructuous.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of as having turned infructuous.
