Learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to order dated 25th October, 2021 passed by this Court recording statement made by learned counsel for respondent that the post occupied by the petitioner was inadvertently included on the Pavitra Portal and that the respondent no. 4 would not proceed to appoint any candidate on the said post till further orders. He submits that on the basis of the said statement, the petition may be disposed of with direction to the State Government not to instruct or compel respondent no. 4 to include the said post

Learned AGP has no instructions to make any statement as directed by this Court by order dated 25th October 2021. 3.

We accordingly dispose of the Writ Petition with following directions.

(i) In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent no. 4, State Government is directed to delete the said post occupied by the petitioner from Pavitra Portal within 3 days from today. (ii) State Government is directed not to issue any such instructions or directions to respondent no. 4 to include the said occupied by the petitioner on Pavitra Portal.

(iii) Parties to act on authenticated copy of the said order.

(iv) No order as to costs.
