The learned Counsel for the Petitioners, after arguing the matter for some time, states that having considered the matter, it would be in the interest of the Petitioners to make an endeavour to get the concerned establishments registered under the Goods Transport Unprotected Workers (Regulation of Employment and
Trupti 4-wp-9626-2023.doc Welfare) Scheme, 1971 (the Goods Scheme of 1971) and the Cloth Markets or Shops Unprotected Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Scheme, 1971 (the Cloth Scheme of 1971). The learned Counsel submits that once the establishments will be registered under the Goods Scheme of 1971 and the Cloth Scheme of 1971 with Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, then the impugned order will assist the Petitioners. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with the above objective.
