The Petitioner has impugned order dated 22nd May 2018 passed by the Competent Authority (Rent Act), Kokan Division as well as order dated 6th February 2023 passed by the Competent Authority, Bandra under Maharashtra Rent Control Act, Kokan Division, Mumbai in Eviction Application No.184 of 2022. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that in view of the above development, she has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
