This application is filed for modification of condition imposed upon applicant vide order dated 8th June 2016 to furnish one surety.
From the order dated 8th June 2016, it reveals that applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety in like amount. Learned counsel has stated that applicant be allowed to furnish
Tilak 2/2 (P1)APPP-643-16 cash in lieu of surety or to furnish two sureties instead of one surety.
As it is stated that applicant's family members could not arrange for one surety, as aforesaid, the order is thus prayed to be modified.
Considering the facts, as aforesaid, following order is passed :
O R D E R
Applicant shall be released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties to make up the amount.
Rest of the conditions stands unaltered.
Application is allowed.
