2] It is not in dispute that Respondent is working in hospital and drawing salary of around Rs 12000/- and odd per month. Though learned Counsel for Respondent has urged that there are other liabilities viz he has aged mother who is required to be maintained and he is also required to repay loan amount.

(7) REVN-348-19.doc 3] In my opinion, award of maintenance of Rs 1500/- is too meagre. In the backdrop of quantum of income of the Respondent per month, amount of maintenance is enhanced from Rs 1500/- per month to Rs 2500/- per month to be paid from the date of this order. 4] Revision Application stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
