In view of the above pursis, appeals being First Appeal Nos.1588 of 2006 and 1589 of 2006 are allowed to be withdrawn and are disposed off as such.

In view of the disposal of the said appeals, pending applications therein, if any, shall also stand disposed off. 4.

At this stage, learned A.G.P. states that they are also awaiting certain documents from the District Court in order to consider their position qua the rest of the matters. She
