Nos. 41 to 43 of 2007, which were pending on the file of Labour Court, Satara have itself have been decided and therefore present L.P.A. impugning interlocutory proceedings, as of today does not survive. 2) L.P.A. is accordingly disposed off as infructuous. 3) In view of disposal of L.P.A., Civil Application (CAL) No. 306 of 2011 pending therein does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
