P.C:- Registration of Civil Application filed by the Applicant has been refused on the ground of non-removal of office objections. A case of restoration is made out. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (i), (ii) and (iii), subject to condition of Applicant removing all office objections in the Civil Application within a period of three weeks from today.

If all the office objections are not removed within the extended time, the order dated 9th February, 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judl.II) will stand.

Civil Application is accordingly, allowed.
