By this civil application the applicants seek stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 24th November, 2011 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur. By a separate order passed by this Court on 22nd September, 2015, Second Appeal No.700 of 2015 is already admitted on substantial questions of law formulated in the said order. This Court has already granted ad-interim stay to the impugned order which is the subject matter of this appeal, the effect of the impugned order will have to be stayed.
