At the outset, Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, the learned APP having taken instructions from the officer concerned, who is present in the Court makes a statement that the Petitioner's complaints at Exhibit-B and C [Page No. 29 and 30 to the petition] will be looked into, the Petitioner's statement would be recorded, preliminary enquiry would be conducted and appropriate action would be taken against concerned strictly in accordance with law. Statement accepted as undertaking to this Court.

In the light of above statement, Mrs. Thadani, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that the Petitioner's grievance made in the petition no more survives. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of.
