By this writ petition, the informant had prayed for transfer of investigation in CR No.34 of 2021 registered with Khadki Police Station to an independent investigating agency. It is informed that in the meanwhile, the charge sheet has been filed before the Sessions Court. In that view of the matter, we find that the relief sought by the petitioner with regard to transfer of the investigation would not now survive. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the informant is not satisfied with the manner in which the entire investigation has been undertaken. It would be open for the informant to take such steps as are permissible in law if she is not satisfied with the manner in which the charge sheet has been filed. Subject to what is 1/2
