This Interim Application is filed for restoration of the First Appeal, which was dismissed pursuant to the order passed on 10 June 2022 by the Registrar (Judicial-II), for non-removal of office objection. Advocate for the Applicant states that his client has instructed him him that they will deposit the entire decretal amount within a period of three weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for both sides. I have gone through the Interim Application. The case is made out for restoration of the First Appeal. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) .
