Present applicants were enlarged on bail by this Court vide Order dated 23/1/2009 on condition that the applicants were directed to report to MIDC Kupwad Police Station, District Sangli once in every calendar month till disposal of the appeal. This condition stands modified as follows :

"The applicant shall mark their presence before the Sessions Court at Sangli once in 6 months on the date assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, Sangli. Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates, the learned Sessions Court shall make report to the High Court and Talwalkar

The application stands allowed and disposed of on the above terms.
