1] The Appeal challenges the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad - Alibag in Criminal Misc. (Bail) Application No.332 of 2018, vide which he has granted anticipatory bail to the Respondents - Accused.

2] Learned Trial Judge has given sound and cogent reasons while allowing the application. He has found that both the Applicant and the Accused No.1 are major and educated have indulged into sexual relations prior to marriage and they have enjoyed these relations for a long period of 7 to 8 years.
