Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. He states that the second petitioner is personally present in Court. Learned A.G.P states that In-charge Sub-Divisional Officer, Islampur, Walwa, is present. The second petitioner Raman Bajirao Chavan has tendered affidavit dated 24th July, 2015. The petitioners have executed a registered Sale Deed in favour of the Government of Maharashtra after receiving consideration of Rs. 56,36,081/- from the State Government. Moreover, amount of Rs. 4,67,040/- has been paid by the State Government to the petitioners by way of rental compensation.

We have perused the judgment and order dated 16th December, 2013, of which breach is alleged. As a Sale Deed has been already executed, the direction to complete the acquisition proceedings need not be implemented. Moreover, rental compensation has been received by the petitioners.

Hence, no case is made out to proceed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, notice issued on 11th June, 2015 is discharged. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.) (A. S. OKA, J.) SQ Pathan 2/2
