Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that most of the witnesses are examined. The trial is at the point of the concluding stage. Only the Investigating Ofocer is to be examined. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has suffered from Tuberculosis and has a medical condition. In all fairness, while pressing this application for bail, learned counsel for the applicant has requested that the trial be expedited.

Considering that only the Investigating Ofocer is to be examined and most of the witnesses have been examined before the trial Court, there is no matter of doubt that the trial will proceed expeditiously.

Considering the medical condition of the applicant, the trial Court requested to hear the trial expeditiously and preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of placing this order before the trial Court.

5.

Liberty to apply for bail if the trial does not conclude within 3 months.

6.

The application stands disposed of.
