By this application, applicant is seeking extention of time to remove all office objections as per order dated 9.6.2016 and restore Writ Petition Mohite 1/2

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant undertakes to remove all office objections on or before 20.8.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, time is extended to comply the order dated 9.6.2016 till 20.8.2016. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Time is extended to comply the order dated 9.6.2016 till 20.8.2016.

b) Writ Petition No.6235 of 2016 is restored on file.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
