Leave to amend is granted to delete the respondent no. 8 as no relief is claimed against the respondent no. 8. Amendment to be carried by the petitioner out forthwith. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos. 1 to 7 are served.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that the inquiry proceedings initiated by respondent no. 2 against the respondent no. 8, are closed for orders. No order has been passed by the respondent no. 2 in the said inquiry proceedings till date. Statement is accepted. 3.

Learned AGP, on instructions from respondent no. 1, states that the order would be passed in the said inquiry proceedings within three weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

The order that would be passed by the inquiry ofÏcer shall be served upon the learned counsel for the respondent no. 8 within one week from the date of the passing the order. The aggrieved party will be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the proceedings initiated against the respondents. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.
