The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order of approval for transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided section of the school is granted, unless the name of the petitioner is included in the Shalarth I.D., salary cannot be paid to the petitioner.

The learned AGP submits that the proposal for including the name of the petitioner in Shalarth I.D., after complying with queries, were forwarded to the offce of the Deputy Director of Education on 1st February 2021.

In view of above, the decision thereon shall be taken by the Deputy Director of Education for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in Shalarth I.D. expeditiously, preferably within six weeks. If the name of the petitioner is included in the Shararth I.D., necessary consequences shall follow.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
