After having heard Mr. Agavekar for the petitioners, we do not see how the factual disputes arising out of the order of the Tahsildar could be resolved in writ jurisdiction. More so, when the petitioners can approach at least two Appellate and one Revisional Authority in the scheme of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The writ petitions are dismissed on the ground of availability of alternate equally efficacious remedy.
