Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has not complied with the orders of this Court of deposit of the amount. He further states that despite attempts being made to contact the Petitioner, no instructions are received from him. In the circumstances, in view of the order dated 28 August 2019 and since the amounts are not deposited/paid by the Petitioner, the Petition is dismissed.
