Ms.Godse, on instructions, submits that the appellant does not want to press the Appeal and the Civil Application at this stage and hence, seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court challenging the present impugned order against the present respondents alongwith any other proposed defendants including a challenge to any other order, if passed against the appellants in future. 2.
